Access to Your Records

Visit http://my.sjsu.edu/ to access your records online after you register. If you cannot remember your User ID and password, please email the CMS Help Desk at CMSHelp@sjsu.edu. Provide at least two of the following items for verification:

1. Student ID
2. SSN
3. Date of birth
4. Mailing address

Note: Open University students, undergraduate or graduates taking graduate level courses and regular students that were disqualified from the previous term may not register online. New Open University students will have access to http://my.sjsu.edu/ only after they complete their first semester in order to access grades.
